These terms cover use of this self-hosted publishing console, operated by noefx6gycdef.dx4x.com. Signing in means accepting them.
Access is by invitation. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for everything done under your account.
It schedules and publishes posts to Instagram professional accounts you have connected, and can reply automatically to messages and comments according to rules you configure.
You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You may withdraw that access at any time, either here or from Instagram’s own Apps and websites settings.
You keep all rights in what you upload and publish. You are responsible for holding those rights, and for the content complying with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Nothing published through this service is reviewed or endorsed by the operator.
Each account has a storage quota set by the administrator. An upload that would exceed it is refused. Media files are deleted on a retention schedule after the post that used them is published.
This is self-hosted software provided as-is. No uptime is guaranteed. Publishing depends on Instagram’s API, which can change, rate-limit or refuse requests for reasons outside anyone’s control here.
The administrator may disable an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the connected Instagram accounts at risk.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this service, including posts that fail to publish, or accounts actioned by Instagram.
